ABOUT HAPPY YOGA 4 KIDS Happy Yoga 4 Kids evolved because Karen wanted to bring the yoga she missed as a child to children. Her playful style energizes the children, as they find balance and strength. Karen has been practicing yoga for 9 years and received her RYT in January of 2007. She continues to attend continuing education classes to expand her evolution as a teacher. Her classes are paced to match the children, incorporating flexibility and spontaneity.
